How to Give

How to Give

God repeatedly challenges us to trust Him with our finances, promising that when we give Him our first and best, He will bless the rest!

Exodus 34:26a says “Bring the best of the firstfruits of your soil to the house of the Lord your God.”  and Prov. 3:9-10 , 2 Chronicles 31:5 , Lev. 27:30 all give us an understanding of how God wants us to trust Him.   All that we have belongs to God (Psalm 24:1) and returning to Him a tithe — literally  “a tenth” — is one way that we demonstrate He is first in our lives.   In return, He promises to bless us!

Your gifts, tithes and offerings can be given at your local campus,  by giving online, through our mobile APP or via text messaging.   Open Door has four funds that you may designate your gift to: general ministry fund, global missions fund, the 20/20 Vision  and benevolence fund.  You can choose which fund you would like to give to by marking a contribution envelope for your check or cash gifts.

Tithe & Offering

We serve our community and others because Jesus served. And we are blessed by God so that we can be a blessing to others.  It’s not just in what we say, but what we do, how we live, and how we give. Your tithes and offerings is one way of exercising your faith in God and your love for others.

Your giving sends kids to camp, feeds the hungry, keeps the electricity and heat running, propels our mission of “Leading People in the Adventure of Becoming Like Christ” and supports mission teams around the world, and much more.
