Reading God’s Word: Hebrews 4:1-5:9, Psalm 133:1-3

Meditating on God’s Word: Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Memorizing God’s Word: Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, you are alive and well! Every bit as much today as yesterday and you will be tomorrow. You have made yourself known to me through your scripture and through your Son Jesus. Lord, we will not know you fully until we see you in Glory, but you have revealed yourself to us so that we can relate to the God whom we serve and the Savior we have. In revealing yourself to me in scripture, you have given me the standard I need to measure my thoughts and actions and refine my attitude. God thank you for not just giving me rules to obey, but a Lord to follow! Amen.”
