Reading God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 15:51-16:18, Psalm 112:6-10

Meditating on God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourself fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Memorizing God’s Word: 2 Corinthians 3:18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, there are times, quite honestly, we get tired, and discouraged, and feel like giving up. Thank you for your promise that our witness and service to others is not in vain. Help us to get the big picture, and realize that we may sow, and others will be the ones who reap. Remind us that your ways are not our ways. Through your Spirit let me do my best, and trust you for the results. Amen.”
