Reading God’s Word: Luke 14:25-15:10, Psalm 50:9-18

Meditating on God’s Word: Luke 15:8-10 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”

Memorizing God’s Word: Luke 16:13 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, give us a passion for the lost. Give us a glimpse into the heavenly realm of the celebration that is had when those far from you come home. With a fantastic Easter service fresh on our mind, we celebrate with Heaven for those who made commitments to follow you for the first time or restart their journey. Today, give us spiritual eyes and ears to see and hear opportunities for Kingdom conversations, so that there can be more celebrations of the lost coming home. Amen.”
