Memorizing God’s Word: Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.
Meditating on God’s Word: Mark 15:34 And at three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?
Praying God’s Word: “Lord, my sin put you on that cross, my sin separated you from the Father. My sin is why the Father had to turn His back on you. My sin is what needed paid for. My sin was the problem. God forgive me of my sin. Thank you for your faithful obedience even unto death, death on the cross. You didn’t have to do this. You at some points didn’t even want to do this, but your love for the Father and your love for me led you there that day to do what only you could do. Thank you. Amen.”
