Reading God’s Word: Acts 16:35-17:21, Psalm 89:35-43

Meditating on God’s Word: Acts 17:17 “So he reasoned in the synagogue with both Jews and God-fearing Greeks, as well as in the marketplace day by day with those who happened to be there.”

Memorizing God’s Word: Isaiah 40:30-31 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Praying God’s Word: “Lord, give us a passion like Paul to share the Gospel everywhere we go. At work, at home, at school, and anywhere our feet carry us. Help us to reason with people, pleading for the sake of their salvation. Give us words to speak that cut through walls and fears, words that bring life to dead souls. Whoever happens to be put in our path, may we always be ready to share our faith. Amen.”
